Hoboken's Washington Street has a significant number of trendy clothing, shoe, and accessories stores. Recently opened in November of 2006, ANTHOLOGY has added to the number of fashionable clothing boutiques in Hoboken. Owned and managed by Jennifer and Melissa DeFalco, its cheerful atmosphere and stylish items have quickly placed it among one of the top boutiques in mid-town Hoboken. The salespeople are readily available and very helpful. Located at 704 Washington Street, it is a short distance from the Stevens Institute of Technology campus. The prices are reasonably affordable for a college budget, which is difficult to find at many similar stores in the area.
Guys - want to impress your girl on Valentine's Day with something new or pick up a great gift for her? ANTHOLOGY has a larger selection for women, and also carrues pieces such as jeans, hats, and tops for men. Ladies - looking for that perfect item to complete your favorite outfit? For women, ANTHOLOGY sells a wide selection of sweaters, dresses, jeans, skirts, belts, shoes, tees, and jewelry. ANTHOLOGY does provide gift boxes, and gift certificates of any amount may be purchased. They also carry a small selection of aromatic candles, books, and music.
The owners of ANTHOLOGY do not focus on purchasing certain designers or lines of clothing, but like to keep a wide variety of items that are not readily available at other places in Hoboken. Although it is still quite chilly out, now would be a good time to start building your spring wardrobe. ANTHOLOGY has already begun to display and sell spring items. They have recently moved a few winter pieces to their sale section, and at 70% off, it is definitely worth looking through. The hours of business are 12-8 on Tuesday-Friday, 10-6 on Saturday, and 12-5 on Sunday. If you are taking a stroll on Washington or simply want a study break, stop in at ANTHOLOGY - you will like what you find.
