Mozeleski Leads Men's Golf to Third-Place Finish at Centenary

HIGH BRIDGE, N.Y. (October 16, 2006) - Junior Scott Mozeleski (Manalapan, N.J.) shot a team-best 88 in leading the Stevens Institute of Technology men's golf team to a third-place finish out of five teams on Friday at High Bridge Hills Golf Club in High Bridge, N.Y. Farmingdale State University captured first place in the event, which was hosted by Centenary College.
Farmingdale finished with a team total of 325. St. Joseph's College was second at 354. Stevens came in third with a combined score of 359, which was one stroke better than DeSales University (360). Centenary rounded out the field with a 370 team score.
Sophomore Ryan Cohen (South Brunswick, N.J.) posted a round of 89 for the Ducks. Junior Chris Dunderdale (Ridgefield, Conn.) was one shot behind at 90. Senior Jake Heffernan (Hillsborough, N.J.) shot a 92.
Stevens will be back in action later this month when it competes in the Skyline Conference Golf Championship on October 22 and 23 at Bethpage Red Golf Course in Farmingdale, N.Y.
