Women's Soccer at Stevens, a staple of the fall sports calendar since 1992, has begun what appears to be another incredibly successful year. Coming off of a season with a record of 20-3, and in which they made it to round 16 and won the President's Cup, Coach Parker has set high goals for this team of ducks.
Led by the 5 seniors on the team, it has become evident that this is yet again a talented group that at an early point in the season is just putting the finishing touches on what they have worked on all during the pre-season.
"All the ideals that go in to [soccer] are what [Stevens] is about," Coach Parker noted. "We want to be the best in the classroom, field, and community."
Looking to the weeks ahead, Coach Parker commented on how he was looking forward watching the team come together and watching personalities grow. "Sporting" a challenging schedule, these ducks are showing that they are willing to work to go further than ever before.
