A wonderful, easy to digest movie that provides laughter in a PG movie, Nacho Libre is testament to the physical comedy of Jack Black. Being written by Jared and Jerusha Hess who have worked on such favorites as Napoleon Dynamite.
Nacho Libre follows a young orphan, Ignacio, from his life as a young orphan with a dream to become a professional wrestler. As the movie progresses he instead ends up being a monk at an orphanage who is upset with the outcome of his life. With a pressing issue of not being able to provide for the orphans and other monks he discovers a local wrestling contest offering a cash prize. After teaming up with a local homeless man Nacho begins his climb to the top.
With unusually setting and funny situations this movie is sure to please those who enjoyed Napoleon Dynamite.
