Stevens students can once again enjoy a game of Ultimate Frisbee, the football-with-frisbee game invented at Columbia High School in Maplewood, NJ. Beginning last Monday, ad-hoc games of Ultimate Frisbee can be found at DeBaun Field between 9:00 p.m. and 10:30 p.m., and students of all ability levels are welcome to play.
Organized Ultimate Frisbee was attempted at Stevens as a club sport about two years ago. However, injury of the organizer and general lack of interest hindered the success of this RSO bid. This incarnation of Ultimate, however, has no problems in finding interested students--on 9/11 over 20 students showed up to play.
