Delta Tau Delta, The Stute, Alpha Sigma Phi, Stevens Campus Ministry

The Delta Tau Delta, Rho Chapter house is dry until further review on January 28, 2008. This sanction was handed down due to excessive damage to fraternity property and violation of the campus-wide Greek Risk Management/Drug & Alcohol Policy. Some of the rules for Greek life on campus are as follows: •The possession, sale, use and/or consumption of alcohol beverages while on chapter premises must be in compliance with any and all applicable laws.

Mayor Roberts reminds us that there is a middle ground

Stevens played host this past week to a range of events, from NCAA tournaments to ECAC tournaments. The event that stole the show this week, however, wasn't on the field or in a gym, nor was it really an entire event. Mayor Roberts, in a much anticipated discussion with Stevens students, addressed a range of topics from parking to safety, even touching on parks for a minute.

Radical environmentalism kills

Radical environmentalism has been responsible for millions of deaths around the world. From the banning of DDT to increasing fuel economy standards, the goals of environmentalists are often completely out of phase with what is best for mankind. The banning of DDT was one of the worst crimes that environmentalists have committed against humanity.

Orange Box review

"The Orange Box" (out now for PC, X360; PS3 version due in 11/2007) is an interesting offering, especially when compared against the other big first-person shooter of 2007, Halo 3. The main part of "Orange Box" is "Half-Life 2: Episode 2," the middle installment of Gordon Freeman's three post-"Half-Life 2" adventures.
